The Hot Wire Strip Heater 1200 is a modular machine that is built up to suit your needs. The standard (Stage 1) machine comes with two heater beams which can be used either as one double sided beam or as two single sided beams (unheated clamping beams are available for single sided heating). Further beams and power packs can be added up to a maximum of 8 heater beams (4 power packs).The depth of the unit can be increased by 355 mm to accommodate a greater number of heater beams.A stand with castors and a shelf for up to 3 power packs is available.The Hot Wire Strip Heater 1200 incorporates:
- 1250mm(49in) working length folds 1-10mm (0.04-0.375in) thick material
- Stage 1 machine supplied with 1 control unit & 2 heater beams (which make 2 bends simultaneously using single sided heating or 1 bend using double sided heating)
- Up to 3 control units, each powering 1 double sided heater beam (or 4 wires) for fast multiple bending
- Double/single sided heating
