Sheet Heaters are designed for porducing large radius bends, heating long thin strips of material, heating thick materials and heating large areas of sheet for drape of press forming.
The Sheet Heater 480 incorporates 2M (80in) long ceramic Heater Beams which can be configured for single or double sided heating or coupled together for wider heat band widths.
There is a rolling two part shielded and insulated table which enable:
- cool material to be loaded as hot material is taken off
- double sided heating
- the heat band width to be closesly controlled
The 480 is a 3 phase unit and comes with 2 heater beams as standard. It can be fitted with a further 2 heater beams (supplied separately) making a total of 4
