Sheet Heaters are designed for producing large radius bends, heating long thin strips of material, heating thick materials and heating large areas of sheet for drape of press forming.
The Sheet Heater 240 incorporates 1 metre(40in) long ceramic Heater Beams which can be configured for single or double sided heating or coupled together for wider heat band widths.
There is a rolling two part shielded and insulated table which enable:
- cool material to be loaded as hot material is taken off
- double sided heating
- the heat band width to be closesly controlled
The 240 comes with 2 heater beams as standard. The 240/6 is a 3 phase unit which runs up to 6 heater beams (supplied separately). |
