  • Screen Printing

A fine mesh screen is prepared with a female image of the item to be printed. The substrate is positioned on a table and the screen is positioned a few millimetres above. A suitable ink is flooded over the screen and a squeegee is used to press the screen onto the substrate. The ink is forced through the pores of the mesh and onto the substrate. The screen is lifted and the substrate is removed and left to dry.
